A. BIG provides off-site team building workshops based around the specific needs of the client company.  Results include: reduced team/internal conflict, increased productivity, equipped managers, increased client satisfaction, increased sales, and corporate growth.

A. Communications, sales and management training through local team building workshops.

A. Stephanie Hester has over ten years consulting, training and team building experience with companies ranging from start-ups to international corporations.  She also has over 15 years assessment experience with both individuals and growth-oriented companies.

A seasoned Administrative Executive Stephanie provides direction to companies in a wide spectrum of industries from technology to hospitality to education.  She has a proven track record of increasing revenue through the implementation of administrative policies and procedures.  She has designed, secured funds for, implemented and managed new programs enabling companies to support aggressive growth rates.

Stephanie has a passion for developing people and companies. She has worked to ensure that her personal growth fosters her ability to give back to others through both work and volunteer opportunities.
